Commons tax bill continues to grow with expansions

As Warren Commons continues to grow, so does the amount of taxes generated by the commercial development in North Warren.

The total tax bill for the Echo Real Estate Development complex in 2008 will be $4,000 more than last year, according to Warren County Chief Assessor Karen Beardsley.

With several appeals and revised assessments taking place in the past year, Beardsley said on Friday that the 2008 total tax bill for Warren Commons will be $527,174.
